bx8 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bx8 ("bx8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bx8 website, platform, games, and services (collectively the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the bx8 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where bx8 services are made available.

To register and use the bx8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bx8 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering under your own legal name and identity. Impersonation of another person is prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bx8 or any associated platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets on the Platform.

bx8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any stage, including at the time of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other time at bx8's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of funds pending review.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one account on the bx8 Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, IP address, or device, is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bx8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or outstanding bets and bonus balances.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bx8 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must notify bx8 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any other time. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• bx8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bx8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your location and account status. bx8 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your bx8 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. bx8 conducts payment source verification as part of its standard compliance procedures and reserves the right to return funds to their original payment source where third-party origin is suspected.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for most supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed only after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, to the extent that this is technically possible.
• bx8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC has previously been completed.
• Account balances that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with bx8's dormant account policy. Players will be notified in advance before any inactivity fee is applied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bx8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and any game restrictions will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• bx8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are subject to active wagering.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts or used in a commercial capacity.
• Where bx8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or exploiting promotional terms — bx8 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and to suspend the account.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to any game restrictions and wagering requirements specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins may be capped at a maximum amount stated in the promotion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bx8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or acting in concert with others to gain an unfair advantage over bx8 or other players.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud or money laundering through the Platform.
• Abusing any technical faults, errors, or malfunctions that affect the Platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical fault will be voided.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise gain an advantage not available to single-account players.

bx8 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all account balances, bonuses, and winnings without recourse.

6. Responsible Gaming

bx8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gambling environment for all players. bx8 is a strictly 21+ platform and does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years of age. Players are encouraged to set personal limits on their gambling activity and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings at any time.

The responsible gaming tools available on bx8 include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately or within a short processing window as indicated in the account settings. bx8 strongly encourages any player who feels that their gambling is becoming a problem to use these tools immediately and to seek assistance from a responsible gaming support organisation.

7. Limitation of Liability

bx8 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bx8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bx8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, bx8's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. bx8 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

bx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with the date of the most recent update displayed at the top of the document. Where changes are material, bx8 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request the closure of your account.
